Kim Woo Bin Washes Dishes in Style in ‘The Heirs’

Being the heir of resorts, Kim Woo Bin flaunted his luxuriousness on his first filming of SBS’ The Heirs.

The Heirs, set for an October 9 broadcast, is a drama that has been grabbing attention with the brilliant cast of Lee Min Ho, Park Shin Hye, Kim Woo Bin, f(x)’s Krystal, CN Blue’s Kang Min Hyuk, ZE:A’s Park Hyung Sik, Kim Ji Won, Choi Jin Hyuk, Im Joo Eun, , and more.

In the drama, Kim Woo Bin plays Choi Young, a cold but charismatic heir of the Welcome Resort. He will be playing out a chaotic romantic story with Lee Min Ho, Park Shin Hye, Krystal, Kang Min Hyuk, and more as heirs of different parts of society.

Kim Woo Bin’s first filming took place on August 16 at a wedding hall located in Gangnam. After sharing pleasant smiles and conversation with fellow actors and jokes with the filming staff, creating a positive atmosphere, Kim Woo Bin immediately turned into a cold statue as soon as the camera started rolling, becoming the perfect Choi Young.

Despite his busy schedule as the trending actor of today, Kim Woo Bin met with director Kang Shin Hyo to discuss acting and his character, showing his passion for the drama. The staff didn’t hesitate in praising him for his concentration for his character whenever the camera was on.

Kim Woo Bin also received praise for his fashion sense. He dressed up in a white dress shirt with black pants, appearing like the resort heir, Choi Young.

Even his image of standing inside the resort kitchen wearing rubber gloves and washing dishes were attention worthy. “A charming black hole that sucks everything in,” said the staff members.

The drama’s production company, Hwa and Dam Pictures, stated, “Kim Woo Bin is an actor who shows different charms at the same time. He was able to expression his character perfectly even in the first filming with his understated acting and amazing passion. Please continue to anticipate Kim Woo Bin’s unique expressions overwhelming power in his transitions throughout the drama.”

Meanwhile, The Heirs was created by Kim Eun Sook, the writer of Secret Garden and A Gentleman’s Dignity, and Kang Shin Hyo, director of Tazza and Midas.

The drama is about high school students living in high society who end up getting tangled with a girl, a heir of poverty, creating a topsy turvy romantic comedy story.

Kara’s Han Seung Yeon Cries about Anti Fans and Harsh Rumors

Thinking about her painful past with a persistent anti-fan throwing insults, Kara’s Han Seung Yeon ended up shedding tears.

On September 10, actor Kim Byung Ock, Han Seung Yeon, and After School’s Uee appeared on SBS’ Incarnation to clear up rumors that came with their names.

On this day, Han Seung Yeon revealed who her straightforward tweet was for. In 2012, Han Seung Yeon had tweeted, “If I’m disgusting, you don’t have to watch. If you don’t like me, just leave me alone. Do I have to tell you straightforwardly for you to be satisfied? Thanks. For letting me know.”

“I have an anti fan who has been persistently bothering me for over a year, sending me handwritten hate notes,” said Han Seung Yeon. “They send it in a pretty stationary envelope. They keep writing and sending it to me with bad intentions. So my mother and I sometimes read it while reading all of the fan letters.”

The letters contain insults like, “You can’t sing so don’t try to come out. Stop telling stories about how your past was so difficult.” Not only did the letters sneer at Hang Seung Yeon’s efforts, but also wrote rumors as if they were the truth.

“Because I’m a celebrity, I can look past it, but my family after seeing those letters only sees those things on broadcasts. They’ve become worrisome,” said Hang Seung Yeon. “There was even a rumor that said I went into motels with men and got on variety shows. My parents are over 60-years old and they use the internet to see me. But that kind of thing comes out. So I just got so angry,” It was then when Han Seung Yeon began to cry.

Unable to hold in her anger, Han Seung Yeon ended up writing a tweet of warning.

“I was sitting in my room when I got so angry. I didn’t know what I did wrong to that person. I just did what I needed to do, and I know that I’m lacking so I’ve tried my best to get to where I am.”

“Truthfully, two minutes after I posted the tweet, I regretted it,” said Han Seung Yeon. “I’m very timid. After I said it, I sometimes cry alone and keep thinking about it. But sometimes, I just act in the spur of the moment and end up creating misunderstandings.”
